![]() ![]() All of the work of the RA will be in service of creating more equitable and just graduate programs at the University of Washington. These efforts will involve collaborating with a variety of units within the Graduate School, most centrally, GO-MAP and Core Programs, as well as units outside of the Graduate School. The RA will also provide communication and event support. The RA will engage in a variety of activities from editing zoom videos, to creating and analyzing surveys to conducting and analyzing interviews, to providing literature reviewing. The RA’s primary role is to support ongoing programs and resource development, including the Equity Audit Tool, Equity Focus Office Hours, Holistic Support for the Grad Student Experience Series, and the annual Equity Summit.
